How can I verify my identity?

In order to be able to use our financial services, you’ll be asked to go through a self-identification process. It’s easy and it takes less than 5 minutes to complete it.

Here’s how to start: 

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Tap on 'Menu' from the main navigation.
3. Open 'Verify my identity', the first option in the list, and follow the on-screen instructions.

All you’ll need is a valid ID document (this can either be an ID card, or a passport, depending on the issuing country). You should use the original document, not a photocopy or a picture. Check all accepted documents here.

To complete the self-identification successfully, make sure that:

• You’re alone during the process;
• You’re in a place with ambient lighting;
• You take clear pictures of your document and all details are readable;
• Your ID document hasn’t expired and it’s included in the list of accepted documents;
• You don’t take a picture of a picture;
• You don’t cover any part of your face while taking the selfie. Remove sunglasses, masks, or other accessories;
