I received a GiftCard. How to activate it?

If you’ve received a virtual eGiftCard, you just need to accept it. Simply log into the app and a screen will pop up. Then, the card will appear in your cards list on the ‘Wallet’ screen. You can check its details and use it for online shopping or add it for contactless payments with your phone.

If you were given a plastic GiftCard, you’ll need to activate it first by following a few easy steps:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Choose the blue button on the ‘Wallet’ tab and then 'GiftCard'.
3. Enter the 16-digit card number.

You’ll receive your card’s PIN and the static password for online payments via SMS. The card will also appear in your wallet and you can easily check the transaction history and available balance.
