How can I keep my data safe from cybercriminals?

Here are some practical tips that will help you keep your data safe from cybercriminals:

• Only log in to your iCard account through the mobile app or our website. Don’t enter your login information anywhere else or share it with anyone;
• Don’t share authorisation codes with anyone, even if they claim to be iCard employees;
• Don’t trust telephone operators who ask you to share sensitive information such as your mobile number, passcode, temporary access password, card number, PIN code, CVV/CVC security code, etc., even if they claim to be one of our employees;
• Always use your virtual cards when shopping online. Freeze (block) them after every payment;
• If you receive an SMS requiring action on your side from an unknown sender posing as iCard, be careful, especially if the message contains a hyperlink or a phone number. Don’t click on any links and numbers.
