I can’t log into the online platform. What can I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into the online platform, please make sure that the time zone and date on your mobile device are set automatically.

If this doesn’t work for you, try logging out of your account on your mobile phone and logging in again. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open your iCard app. 
  2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the login screen.
  3. Choose the ‘Switch user’ option and log in again. 

If your phone doesn’t have an Internet connection, you can try the alternative way to log into your online account by generating Request-Response codes. Just follow these steps: 

  1. On the www.icard.com login screen, click on the link ‘Can't scan the QR code or didn't get the push notification?’
  2. A request code will be generated and you’ll see the instructions for generating a response code for it.
  3. Then continue in the iCard app. Enter the code from the site and get the 8-digit code generated in your app as a response.
  4. The response code needs to be entered on the www.icard.com login screen.
